Goodbye 2015 and hello 2016.

Platinum is staying put!! Love the color and all the different shades of red lipstick with that blue undertone.
Attended international film festivals in the San Francisco Bay Area
Others included were Berlin & Beyond, Cinequest, Carmel International Film Festival, Mill Valley Film Festival and Napa Valley Film Festival.
I sat down with German celebrities for interviews
Saturday mornings filled with the German language bursting out from my seams.
We learn many things such as “non-verbal communication”. My favorite tip is what happens when the mouth laughs but the eyes don’t laugh. Better watch out I am onto you.
One reason I take German is so I can communicate with all the German celebrities who travel to Silicon Valley and San Francisco. Okay not all true, my father in law doesn’t speak English and I need to pick up some German humor. You never know my German translation skills might come in handy for a gal pal trying to impress her German stud.
A funtastic week in New York City at Blogher 15
Did I tell you that was without kids for a week!!
I turned 40 and it was not dreadful!
My 40th birthday was a lot of fun. It was a costume party and most of the guests dressed up. In addition to the taco stand I served my favorite candy and drinks. For entertainment guests belted our favorite karaoke songs too. However among all the ice breaker games and karaoke we forgot the pinata filled with chocolate and lottery tickets. Oh well that was left for the next party.
Hello 2016… what is new?
I am adding style (as in fashion) to these pages. You might have noticed on instagram I have been posting more pictures with #40plusstyle #iwillwearwhatilike . There is a community of #40plusstyle bloggers and these gals have the style going on. Forty is not old!
Trisha Leeper knows how to take a photo and make anyone look like a rock star.
Film is staying put but doing more film reviews and interviews. Film season is starting up again. Next week is the Berlin & Beyond Film Festival, Golden Globes, Oscars, Cinequest just to name a few.
I know there are many readers that are interested in indie films. If you noticed on Twitter I like to engage with #isupportindiefilms hashtag.
I need to start cooking up a storm in the kitchen. Well, I will be adding a recipe or two from Oma, best places to find your favorite food products, fashion (Eurochic), you get it right? If you live in Silicon Valley you might be an expat from Europe or interested in all things European for when YOU move.
